See and acknowledge your own reaction (witness)

- When you acknowledge, you move from operating in a fearful reactive place to a more thoughtful and deliberate place.

- Denying your reactions or stressors actually triggers the brain to keep "pinging" you about the thing that you are trying to avoid

Use your reaction to achieve your goals - connect with what matters most to you to change your response (choose)

- Connecting with your values allows you to use your emotions to connect with the things that matter most

- How might you change your reaction to better facilitate your goals and your purpose (reframe)

Own your reaction - connect to your values and goals (allow)

- By owning your reaction, you connect to the personal value behind it

- Try using this sentence:

" 我之所以會對_____有這樣的反應(yīng),或是因為我很在乎________?!?/p>

Use your reaction to achieve your goals - connect with what matters most to you to change your response (choose)

- connecting with your values allows you to use your emotions to connect with the things that matter most

- How might you change your reaction to better facilitate your goals and your purpose (reframe)
