My revision is "Some groups ignore fair tax assessments required for a high-quality educational experience, despite the educational environment is significant to children."

To revise, I followed the five principles:

Delete words that mean little or nothing. –In this case, I recognized that "the fact that", "very", and “facet” have little meanings, so I delete them.

Delete words that repeat the meaning of other words. –In this case, and “each and every” and “reasonable and fair” seems to be redundancies. So I kept one of them.

Delete words implied by other words. –In this case, “each one of our children” can be easily inferred by readers, so I replace this with “children”.

Replace a phrase with a word; a clause with a phrase. –In this case, I used the word "despite" to replace the phrase "in spite of". I changed “a high level of quality” to “a high-quality”.

Change negatives to affirmatives. Instead of using “do not support”, I changed it to “ignore”.

Also, the subject of the sentence is “some groups” and I think the sentence is trying to emphasize the actions of "some groups". So I changed the order of the sentence and put the subject at the beginning.
