2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
從此，天與地都創(chuàng)造完成了，還有所有他們的主人。
2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
在第七天，上帝結(jié)束了他所有的造物工作。他在第七天休息，看著他完成的所有工作。
2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
上帝保佑第七天使其神圣，因?yàn)樵谶@一天，他可以從所有他創(chuàng)造和制造的工作中休息。
2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,
當(dāng)天與地被創(chuàng)造的時(shí)候，就是天與地的時(shí)代。在這一天，主神創(chuàng)造了地和天。
2:5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
在大地上田地里所有植物出現(xiàn)之前，在地上蔬菜生長(zhǎng)之前，主神沒(méi)有讓大雨降落到大地上，也沒(méi)有一個(gè)人耕種土地。
