背景就不多說了，互金行業(yè)的同仁今年應(yīng)該對(duì)3.2.1都很有感觸；蘋果是爸爸，但更大的boss其實(shí)是監(jiān)管；蘋果也得跟著監(jiān)管走，監(jiān)管要資質(zhì)，核心就要解決資質(zhì)問題。 很多公司多多少少都有些相關(guān)資質(zhì)，只是不知道怎么用，怎么和蘋果溝通而已。
接下來將對(duì)3.2.1常見問題一一解析。
首先是，大禮包。 有點(diǎn)懶，直接剖析，可以對(duì)照有道翻譯。

不管理財(cái)、p2p、小貸，各種都會(huì)收到這個(gè)，賬號(hào)要能充分反應(yīng)你們是一個(gè)“金融機(jī)構(gòu)”。如果賬號(hào)是科技類、金融服務(wù)類公司呢，顯然不是金融機(jī)構(gòu)，怎么辦呢？ 想辦法證明自己有相關(guān)授權(quán)，開一家公司直接的證明不見得有，但是間接的證明應(yīng)該還是可以拿出來一些的吧。

除了營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本，國(guó)家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)的鏈接也是必須的哦。
- A copy of the Rectification Notification issued by the relevant governing authority to your company (當(dāng)?shù)亟鹑谵k (局) 下發(fā)給貴公司的「整改通知書」附件)
整改通知書是p2p行業(yè)的，新公司不見得有，小貸公司也不會(huì)有，怎么辦呢？ 金融辦相關(guān)批復(fù)的紅頭文件也是可以的，聯(lián)系下金融辦出個(gè)證明不是這么難的。
- A copy of the proof that your company is connected to a bank’s depository system (銀行存管證明)
和銀行簽訂的存管協(xié)議提供下嘛，最好能把銀行的金融許可證復(fù)印件提供給蘋果爸爸最佳。
- Your app’s and service’s Terms & Conditions.
用戶協(xié)議提供下。
- In the case of dispute, what resolution mechanism does your app and service offer? - What is your responsibility in such case? Is such responsibility stated clearly in the Terms& Conditions?

- How will the involved parties trace one another?

Additionally, please ensure your app’s Support and Privacy URLs in the metadata direct users to the webpages with appropriate information.

Please attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App StoreConnect. In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer ProgramLicense Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store. Once Legal has reviewed your documentation and confirms its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.

即使以上資質(zhì)都很齊全，也不見得一次性能過，審核是人，可能有時(shí)心情不爽，會(huì)給你拋出各種問題，為難你下，見招拆招，有點(diǎn)耐心。

一個(gè)意思，把執(zhí)照中和金融相關(guān)字樣標(biāo)出來。
比如，他會(huì)回復(fù)你：

軟件著作權(quán)證書交一下，這個(gè)辦理一個(gè)禮拜就可以搞定；或用戶協(xié)議里歸屬關(guān)系列清楚；或者商標(biāo)證明交一下。so easy。

審核人員可能困了，可能眼花了，要么沒看你提供的資料，要么就是漏看了，要么就是總覺得少了些什么；反正就是缺資料，怎么辦呢？ 直接去問他，也是可以，就是有點(diǎn)浪費(fèi)時(shí)間；詢問的同時(shí)，把之前的資料再?gòu)?fù)制黏貼一遍給他，拜托他請(qǐng)仔細(xì)看。

讓app做些必要的改變或者適合的改變，呵呵。。。改app難道不需要花時(shí)間嘛？所以。。懟回去，據(jù)理力爭(zhēng)，把大禮包中列的條款1、2、3、4、5、6、7.一條條列清楚把答案丟過去，告訴他們是符合要求的，不需要改。

最近ios又開始讓提供 finance? permit的政府鏈接了。。。
