Last week we learned Unit 9 what happiness is.The word happiness is no stranger to everyone, but in fact we can't define exactly what happiness is. After studying the text and collecting information after class, we summed up our group's views on happiness. There are about two points.

Happiness is invisible,it is vague and can only be understood with heart.A? happy person will surely live happily.Happiness is the source of happiness and happiness is the basic element of happiness.They are interdependent.Marx said “My happiness belongs to all mankind!”He did it,contribute his life to the cause of human libration and commmunism.He was happy,and doing what he wanted to do was a kind of happiness. At the end of the movie,The Pursuit of Happyness, this sentence of Chris, this part of my life, “this small stage is called happiness”. We also believe that when a person through the efforts to achieve their own value, come true his life,he is happy.

So we think happiness is combined with happy and meaning (the life meaning).

When we had our own understanding of happiness, we summed up some ways to get happiness.For example, pay attention to interpersonal relationships and get along well with others, and so on.
