To be grit will lead to hopeful future. My classes and I all need to do more practice.But what can we do? We need to try. First, from interest to necessity.absolutely,interest is the first teacher.But the first don't mean the best.I think we need to do better than I like it.I will find more interesting English movie or other videos,without Chinese,for my classes,let them know English is not only for scores,but also for communication.With English,we can communicate with more interesting people and enjoy more interesting things.English is useful. Then,I will make five minutes talking show part in my classes,stories,songs or poetries no matter what,we will share and discuss together. At the same time,we will make a My English Book to collect all the contents. Maybe we can have a game with other class or other school.Anyway,anything is possible.As we know,the score is important in China.we can make our playlet,to practice our book English.I hope these ideas can be helpful but still will change some of them, let them be really helpful.That's for my classes. For me,I need to practice more.I am their teacher.They are looking at me.I must show them what I am doing for improving my English. Let them know I am with them,not only a supervisor. All of these are plans.They need to work out.How can I do? Make the final plan.Hold my plan,and change my plan.Keep learning.
