I have finished “Everything you know about science is fake ” and? started on a new book called “Mice and Men” by John Steinbeck.? The first ten pages tells me that there were two men, George and Lennie. George is a strong and intelligent man and Lennie was a totally opposite man. Lennie had poor memory that he cannot remember things very well. He loves mice and always wanted one in his hand even though he always accidentally killed it. Once Lennie was trying to feel whether the little girl's dress felt like a mouse, and when he held it and wouldn’t let go, the little girl jerked off and screamed. Thus Lennie was expelled from the farm. George for some reason, had to take care of Lennie. So two had to travel to another farm in order to work. That is what I have read so far. Even though Lennie and George were not brothers, I feel their emotional link is even stronger than brothers.? I hope this book could give me some valuable “Human Spirit”, and the correct way to treat life.
