Lucky me,I've found a wonderful book .I realized that one reason for not liking to read probably is you haven't come across a good book,like Principle by Ray Dalio.I love it and without doubt, will learn a lot from the book.I have just finished reading 1/5th.I am gonno write down something that impresses me .
There are two important things for Mr. Dalio:meaningful work and good interpersonal relatonships.He defines meaning work as something you will fully dedicate to .Good interpersonal relationship includes you caring about others and the others caring about you.He keeps fighting for them.
One important priciple in his team is to play the cards on the table.He says it's the most efficient and humane way.When it comes to making mistakes, he definitely chooses to confront it ,reflect on them and learn from them,successfully transfering pain into power.
He says whoever ,rich or poor will have their own trouble.The people at top position are not that different from those common ones and won't necessarily be happier .Because important things like a comfortable bed, a delicious meal ,friends and good sex don't have too much business with money.He can't say we have to choose an adventurous and successful life over simple and common one.Howere ,he is sure being strong beats being weak.Plus, strugging can make you strong.
Maybe we can influce someone more or less ,which actually doesn't count given the whole process of a life.
