堅(jiān)強(qiáng)到無懈可擊，勇敢到無畏無懼,

That's means you have to be strong enough so that nothing can hurt you.

這意味著你必須足夠堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，這樣才能讓任何人傷害到你,

But I think strong does not mean always tough and cold, in life, many people in the eyes of strong and independent is to build a thick shell to withstand the wind and rain of the outside world.

但我認(rèn)為堅(jiān)強(qiáng)并不意味著永遠(yuǎn)堅(jiān)硬冰冷，在生活中，很多人眼中的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)和獨(dú)立就是筑起一層厚厚的外殼來承受外界的風(fēng)吹雨打。

There is a word called "when you are at the extreme, you will break". If you are too hard, you will easily break yourself and hurt yourself.

有個(gè)詞叫“剛極必折”，物極必反，過度剛硬的人，反而容易反折己身，傷害了自己。

The ancients often used this analogy: the teeth are hard, the tongue is soft, the teeth are all gone, and the tongue is still useful, so be flexible but tougher. Softness does not mean weakness. Weak people are not only easy to get hurt in life, but also difficult to stand up once they fall.

古人也常這樣比喻：牙齒是硬的，舌頭是軟的，等到牙齒都掉光了，舌頭卻還有用。生命真正的成長(zhǎng)也在于此：柔軟，但更堅(jiān)韌。柔軟，不是指柔弱；柔弱的人，不僅容易在生活中受傷，而且一旦跌倒，便很難再爬起來。

Gentleness is not an escape, it is an open-minded and leisurely state, as the poem says:

柔軟也不是逃避，而是一種心懷若谷的從容。正如一首小詩(shī)所寫：

Although the little lights in the room have gone out, I am not afraid of the dark, for there are always stars in the sky; the most beautiful roses have thorns, but I am not afraid of roses, because I have a rose garden, which I only admire but not pick.

屋里的小燈雖然熄滅了，但我不懼黑暗，因?yàn)榭傆腥盒窃谔焐?；最美的玫瑰有刺，但我不畏懼玫瑰，因?yàn)槲矣忻倒鍒@，只欣賞而不采摘。

Laozi said that nothing in the world is weaker than water,but its ability to attack tough things is the strongest,Because it can't be changed.

老子也說：“天下莫柔弱于水，而攻堅(jiān)強(qiáng)者莫之能勝，以其無以易之?！?/p>

The real strong, as soft as water, accept all rivers, can calmly face the bitterness, but also ready to meet the sweetness of life.

真正的強(qiáng)者，如水般柔軟、海納百川，能坦然地面對(duì)苦澀，也隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備迎接生活中的甜，

在人生漫長(zhǎng)的旅程中，唯有保持一顆柔軟心，才能具有愈發(fā)堅(jiān)韌、持久的生命力。

在這個(gè)被鋼筋、水泥籠罩的世界里，要懂得守護(hù)屬于生命本真的柔軟，不讓其荒漠化，

不讓其變得堅(jiān)硬、粗暴與殘酷，而是讓溫和的心境、善良的情感多一些，再多一些，

從而能容納和滋養(yǎng)出深情與愛，讓內(nèi)心長(zhǎng)出一片溫暖、柔軟的原野。

你若溫和堅(jiān)定，余生皆是歡喜。

You are most willing to do that thing,where is your true talent.（你最愿意做的那件事，才是你真正的天賦所在）

People are always said that it's too late.However,in the fact,now is the best appreciate time.For a man who really want to seek for something,every period of life is younger and timely.（有人總說：已經(jīng)晚了。實(shí)際上，現(xiàn)在就是最好的時(shí)光。對(duì)于一個(gè)真正有所追求的人來說，生命的每個(gè)時(shí)期都是年輕的，及時(shí)的。）
