背景介紹：
1.尼斯隊(duì)原體育館 （Stade du Ray）
2.2009年12月，尼斯城市發(fā)起了一場(chǎng)國(guó)際建筑比賽，目的是球場(chǎng)擴(kuò)容和提振當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)。項(xiàng)目包括三部分內(nèi)容：
a.一個(gè)歐足聯(lián)批準(zhǔn)的35,000個(gè)座位的體育場(chǎng)，多用途設(shè)施（體育及音樂(lè)會(huì)），整合城市環(huán)境，并符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原則。
b.國(guó)家體育博物館(Musee National du Sport)
國(guó)家體育博物館是一個(gè)討論、分享和促進(jìn)法國(guó)的體育文化的場(chǎng)所。這是一個(gè)世界上最大的體育相關(guān)材料的集合，包含超過(guò)100,000藝術(shù)品和文獻(xiàn)，最早的可追溯至16世紀(jì)。位于Allianz Riviera基地下方大堂，據(jù)悉，國(guó)家體育博物館將于2014年開(kāi)放。
c.房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃（PIA），包括29,000平方米的零售空間設(shè)計(jì)。
3.項(xiàng)目位于PLAINE du Var中的生態(tài)谷，跨度超過(guò)10.6公頃，其中44%被指定用為住宅。Plaine du Var地區(qū)的秀麗風(fēng)光也穿插于這個(gè)新區(qū)之內(nèi)。
4.設(shè)計(jì)方：Wilmotte Associs 建筑事務(wù)所
Jean-Michel WILMOTTE, architect, urban planner and designer, founded an architectural firm in 1975. Together with his team of ninety-nine people of varying nationalities, he is currently working on more than a hundred projects in France and abroad (Europe, Korea, Lebanon, Morocco, Qatar, Japan, Russia, United States …). His firm's activities range from industrial design to architecture and include work in the fields of modern re-adaptation of old buildings and museography. As urban planner, he has developed the concept of “urban interior architecture”, which aims to treat public places with the same consideration as private homes.
