
這幾天和營養(yǎng)屆17年好朋友DC一起聊天,很多智慧知識分享,學(xué)到蠻多的,一個(gè)話題和我今天分享筆記相關(guān)的:
提到的《金匱要略》,是我國東漢著名醫(yī)學(xué)家張仲景所著《傷寒雜病論》的雜病部分,也是我國現(xiàn)存最早的一部論述雜病診治的專書,病證以內(nèi)科雜病為主,兼及外科、婦科疾病及急救卒死、飲食禁忌等內(nèi)容。被后世譽(yù)為“方書之祖”。我是西方營養(yǎng)學(xué)開始學(xué)習(xí)和工作,但滿滿的都在東方智慧里找到源頭,也是學(xué)習(xí)阿育吠陀原因。

DC是個(gè)講故事好手,所以朋友云集,各種神人,也是因?yàn)樽约菏莻€(gè)小太陽,發(fā)光發(fā)熱,誰不喜歡接近能量源呢。他講一個(gè)朋友找到失蹤記憶障礙父親經(jīng)過,源于一雙涼鞋被朋友看到,朋友意外地鐵站里看到同樣涼鞋,找到失蹤老人;老人失蹤過程中無意識去西直門見老伴,老伴做夢夢見但沒有見到,世界神奇的事情是我們現(xiàn)有智慧不能解釋,但意識層面可以理解,都是能量互相吸引,和兒子karma修來的福氣,更加感恩周圍所有的人。
DC小時(shí)候夢中百次見到自己在一個(gè)高的門樓頂棚處走來走去,后來知道是爺爺年輕時(shí)陜西南部安康,爺爺去世不久他就出生啦??梢岳斫馑褪菭敔?shù)霓D(zhuǎn)世輪回啊。

早晨內(nèi)觀盡可能降低想法,但有個(gè)明確想法,需要去看一下廣州中學(xué)同學(xué)和好友k,內(nèi)觀結(jié)束看到她一條信息“可以通話嗎?”從來沒有這么早發(fā)信息給我,我一點(diǎn)不奇怪,自然而然認(rèn)為她懷孕了,雖然我們都是44-45“少齡”,通了電話,K焦慮不確定是否懷孕,我很確定的說:“是,而且一切都會(huì)順利,不要焦慮,我發(fā)給你一個(gè)呼吸練習(xí),對你和孩子都好!”剛剛收到她的信息,確實(shí)懷孕了,好事!

阿育吠陀筆記
我們?nèi)梭w快樂和三個(gè)大腦成分有關(guān):多巴胺,血清素,正腎上腺素,運(yùn)動(dòng)和社交產(chǎn)生的快樂因子也和產(chǎn)生這幾種元素有關(guān)。西方的抗抑郁藥都是基于人工合成這幾種成分給患者,但容易產(chǎn)生依賴感,越吃越多,所以人體靠運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生更合理。The three natural brain chemicals that are associated with feeling good—dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin—work in concert with one another.

酒精確實(shí)是一種抑郁因子,很多人喝了酒會(huì)情緒低落哭泣是正常的,當(dāng)然我之前喝了酒就興奮也正常,那是因?yàn)闆]喝多酒量好,但到一定程度,確實(shí)處罰情緒低落,抑郁者尤其不建議喝酒。 same amount can be detrimental for the emotional heart. Because it triggers feelings of sadness, alcohol serves as a depressant.

真正的心理醫(yī)生看眼睛,腸道和消化專家看舌頭:眼睛心靈窗口,舌頭消化系統(tǒng)窗口;如果眼神透徹,一個(gè)人心靈基本比較干凈,靈魂凈化深一些;我很相信面相,很多人一看就知道性格有哪些問題和命運(yùn)大體如何,很多人一看就不快樂,拒絕快樂;更多人被生活磨破了皮和心;還有一些人一看就能量十足,吸引很多人在周圍,感知他她的正能量,從而會(huì)更好發(fā)展,這都是科學(xué)的。說到腸道健康,如果頭天晚上吃了不健康食物,第二天舌頭看著很可怕,蒙了一成末霜活著顏色深,都是腸胃在受罪和投訴。the eyes are the windows of the soul, the tongue is the window of the digestive system.

生病就是能量不通和障礙,身心產(chǎn)生的阻礙物質(zhì)是ama,可以理解為一種粘粘的垃圾,如果我們吃的不對和沒有消化,就堵塞在身體各個(gè)部位形成炎癥和疾??;如果情緒堵塞就會(huì)產(chǎn)生各種心理敏感,不通和錯(cuò)誤方向,必定痛苦;如果頭腦堵塞就會(huì)遲鈍,失去學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力和能力,感知和第六感地下,沒有靈感和突破。Physical ama obstructs our biological processes and is formed when the food we eat is not digested properly. Emotional ama is a residue carried from one experience to another, obstructing the full enjoyment of the here and now. Mental ama blocks access to our inner knowledge, our intuition.
這種堵塞令人厭惡,因?yàn)闀?huì)引發(fā)抑郁,沒有能量和容易疲憊,大腦反應(yīng)遲鈍和記憶里下降,思路不清晰,暴飲暴食或者厭食,容易感知疼痛,各種痛,頭痛,肩膀痛,頸椎痛,背痛,肌肉酸痛,容易生病,腸道消化減慢,便秘,長痘痘,發(fā)胖,你就想吧,基本我們每個(gè)人經(jīng)常感受到的不舒適,各種毛病和心煩意亂,都是堵塞引起,所以超級不喜歡Ama!Ama cements depression, causing some of its main symptoms: low energy and fatigue, cloudy or slowed thinking, poor memory, appetite disturbances, increased sensitivity to pain, headaches, backaches, sore muscles, constipation, and low immunity to disease

抑郁癥的根就是意識深處的病,阿育吠陀就是意識基礎(chǔ)的健康醫(yī)學(xué)。我認(rèn)為一切疾病都是起心動(dòng)念引起的各種反應(yīng),所以一直強(qiáng)調(diào)身病心醫(yī),心病身醫(yī)!非常認(rèn)可中醫(yī)和阿育吠陀療法的意識為根基,也是為啥我周圍咨詢我各種問題很多人都建議呼吸練習(xí)冥想打坐,和侄子抑郁PTSD抗戰(zhàn)也是從打坐開始,今兒解決飲食營養(yǎng)和運(yùn)動(dòng),睡眠問題,但承認(rèn)這是個(gè)長期過程,不會(huì)很快徹底解決。the roots of depression, we must dive into consciousness. 腸道里有個(gè)獨(dú)立大腦,但和我們上面大腦相通,所以說Gut feeling是非常科學(xué)的,是古代圣人的科學(xué)推斷,我一直認(rèn)為古代yogi和佛陀都是科學(xué)家,物理學(xué)家,量子力學(xué)專家,心理學(xué)大師,哲學(xué)先賢,各種桂冠都不過分,分分秒秒打破諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)!Gut feelings reflect a scientific fact. Your gut indeed has a mind of its own.
這里是各種冥想和瑜伽修行方法,好多我都世界各地學(xué)習(xí)嘗試和好奇過,最后karma比較好開始學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)觀vipassana和ashtanga瑜伽,佛教,知道最適合自己,建議每個(gè)人都在沒有確定一起長期練習(xí)的冥想和信仰基礎(chǔ)上多做嘗試,但一旦找到真愛就一直愛下去,不要猶豫,因?yàn)閳?jiān)信denotation是境界高峰體驗(yàn),我們致力于達(dá)到高峰體驗(yàn),誰不喜歡高潮呢!Biofeedback, concentration meditation, cognitive restructuring, guided imagery, hypnosis, mindfulness meditation, the relaxation response, progressive muscle relaxation, sensory deprivation techniques, transcendental meditation, qigong, activity-oriented meditation, primordial sound meditation, tai chi, mindfulness-based stress reduction, walking meditation, Vipassana, Ninjutsu, Zen meditation, Buddhist meditation, Christian meditation techniques, kundalini meditation, Kriya yoga, self-inquiry meditation, Tratak meditation, and cathartic dancing meditation—there are so many choices!
為啥喜歡早起,5000-7000年歷史證明人體這個(gè)時(shí)候能量非常適合客服惰性提升能。Between the hours of 6 and 10 a.m., Ayurveda explains, the natural world is marked by a heavy lethargic quality typical of Kapha dosha.

我們對于食物太隨意,沒有看到她們都是傳送生命信息的活物,所以mindful eating為啥重要,就是等同于我們吃它就是接收食物信息,感受帶來的能量,如果食物不新鮮,充滿血?dú)夂拓?fù)能量,我們能好嗎?相反正能量食物,帶來的是愛,生活的真實(shí)和美好,prana能量,我們就會(huì)輕松充盈,能量平衡和穩(wěn)定。think of food as packets of information, couriers of universal intelligence and transporters of life-sustaining prana. (When consciousness meets food, life tastes good!)
如果吃的食物既沒有補(bǔ)充身體需要的正面能量和信息,有沒有對靈魂帶來滋補(bǔ),我們就會(huì)不停的需要更多的食物!有沒有很熟悉,暴飲暴食,渴望甜食碳水化合物,咸辣食物,都是吃的不對路。When food neither nourishes the body nor feeds the spirit, we are left yearning for more.

之前就講過,想不死,腸里無屎!這里也是腸道里沒有食物,垃圾堵塞毒物Ama就會(huì)被消除,所以到家辟谷,斷食,瑜伽士fasting都是這個(gè)道理,頭腦清明,我自己體會(huì)就是斷食7日身體輕松,頭腦通透,情緒積極!If there is no food in the digestive tract, then ama is digested instead.
有意思,如果對一切都很滿意的人不會(huì)暴飲暴食和渴求食物!這個(gè)擊中很多人脆弱的自以為很幸福的活的很好的假象,確實(shí)對于吃的執(zhí)念是底輪,生存欲念,最底層的需求,但非常難以克服,并不是不吃,而是沒有把它看的那么重要和生活圍繞著它而轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),確實(shí)我們非常興奮的學(xué)習(xí)和旅游工作玩耍時(shí)沒有想著吃,或者比較少!如果我們想要表現(xiàn)最好的身體一面,也就很容易控制吃的欲望,但如果壓力和底輪欲望非常大,就渴求得很!Satisfied people are not as inclined to overeat or to have cravings.

只有餓的時(shí)候才吃,簡單道理多么不容易做到,因?yàn)樽匀环磻?yīng)經(jīng)常被忽視,覺著該吃不見得餓,饞絕對不是餓,為啥7日辟谷就是發(fā)現(xiàn)原來7天不吃飯完全不餓(在營養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充完善的基礎(chǔ)上,這個(gè)需要專業(yè)人士也就是我指導(dǎo)才可以);古代賢人說情緒不好,緊張和難過都不應(yīng)該吃飯,因?yàn)橄缓谩9烙?jì)現(xiàn)代人就沒有吃的機(jī)會(huì)了!Eat when you are hungry. Hunger is Mother Nature’s prompt that it is time to eat. Learn to recognize the natural signals, and eat only when you are hungry. The sages advise you not to engage in emotional eating. You probably already knew that, but did you know that if you eat when you are upset, nervous, or unhappy, the food is not digested efficiently。
只吃7分飽,都聽說過,基本很少做到!從科學(xué)角度來講,如果胃里滿了,就沒有氧氣可以幫助消化食物,消化效率會(huì)降低;吃多了不僅消化系統(tǒng)不工作到最佳狀態(tài),我們頭腦昏沉,情緒會(huì)受影響,沒有辦法專注打坐,無法健康運(yùn)動(dòng),更沒有辦法高效率工作!Eat to only 75 percent full.? Nothing works effi- ciently on overload, including your digestive system. If you stop before you are full, you’ll have room to breathe, and oxygen works wonders in the metabolic process.

上一頓沒有完全被消化就不要吃,一頓飯通常3-6個(gè)小時(shí)被排出胃進(jìn)入腸道,所以6-18小時(shí)吃飯間隔有科學(xué)道理,就是一天兩頓,間隔大約6小時(shí)和18個(gè)小時(shí),非常適合瑜伽修行和冥想。但也很難,需要自律和認(rèn)識到他的存在合理性。Do eat until the previous meal is digested. Digesting a meal can take anywhere from three to six hours. Digestion consists of a natural assembly line. If you throw something on the line while the previous items are still in process, you will create a jam. Give yourself time to thoroughly digest your food before eating again.

和中國傳統(tǒng)飲食建議一致和不一致,飯前,中,后不要大量喝液體食物,影響消化之火!小口OK,所以南方的喝湯和很多人喝飲料過多,都無助于消化之火熊熊燃燒!Avoid large amounts of liquid before, during, or after meals.Don’t squelch your digestive fire. Sipping is fine during meals, but large amounts of liquid dampen the digestive process.

太陽高照人體新陳代謝最高,所以午餐吃得最多,晚餐一定要少吃(或者不吃),因?yàn)樯眢w要休息,如果晚上睡覺身體里很多食物,就會(huì)產(chǎn)生很多Ama障礙物!我們都有類似體驗(yàn),一個(gè)脹脹的胃睡覺質(zhì)量不好不說,非常難受,各種毛病都來啦。Make lunch the largest meal of the day. You are part of the natural world. When the sun is at its highest, your metabolic processes are at their strongest. Eat the largest meal at that time. At night the body is shutting down, preparing for rest. Eating large meals late turns your body into a tank of ama.

避免冰的飲料和碳水飲料,美國人和喜歡喝帶氣的人(冒下頭)要不開心了,因?yàn)闀?huì)破壞消化酶,酶制劑對于pH很挑剔,所以碳酸飲料酸PH值不適合,任何改變身體pH值的食物都對消化食物有影響。Avoid iced drinks and carbonated beverages. Your digestive enzymes and other vital factors were intended to operate at body temperature. Iced drinks hamper the digestive process. (Ice water is neither nice nor wise.) Enzymes also function best within a narrow pH range. Carbonated beverages are, in general, highly acidic. By altering the pH of the physiology, they impair the breakdown of food.

避免過多生食食物,因?yàn)闋I養(yǎng)成分過多,對消化系統(tǒng)要求很高,這個(gè)和rawlist理念或有沖突,我見過一些美國rawlist,都很消瘦,也很難評判他們營養(yǎng)觀,只能科學(xué)地講,過多生食對我們壓力很大。Avoid large quantities of raw foods. Raw foods do have a higher nutritional content than cooked foods, but they are difficult to digest. In order for our physiology to benefit from the extra nutritional value of raw foods, it must produce a more scorching digestive fire. Thus, we only succeed in taxing our digestive system if we eat raw foods in excess.
迷戀食物就是體內(nèi),情緒,靈魂過多障礙物Ama體現(xiàn)!cravings are the result of ama.

咀嚼,24次,甚至更多,可以讓食物更大面積和口腔里消化酶接觸,消化道里和其他輔助消化物質(zhì)接觸,腸胃里和益生菌親密相擁,都有助于食物消化吸收排除垃圾ama,而且營養(yǎng)素更好被吸收。其實(shí)一個(gè)真正消化吸收好的人吃的很少就可以獲得無數(shù)能量,而且容易吃多就胖(冒一下頭),因?yàn)槿魏螤I養(yǎng)成分都沒有被浪費(fèi),排出體外的都是真正垃圾ama,所以不能多吃,容易給身體負(fù)擔(dān),靈魂負(fù)重!Chew your food well. Your teeth play an important role in the digestive process. By breaking food down into smaller pieces, chewing increases the surface area of the food particles. Enzymes and other biochemicals then have more area on which to work, and the food is broken down into nutrients more efficiently.
生理上的迷戀食物就會(huì)想念吃甜食或者咸的食物,心理上迷戀食物就會(huì)想吃某哥具體食物,巧克力,薯片,冰激凌(冒一下頭);這個(gè)我們經(jīng)常體驗(yàn)到,周圍朋友通常會(huì)說,想吃咸的啦,辣的啦,都是生理上的貪食;很多人去旅行,就會(huì)說我一定要吃某種當(dāng)?shù)氐氖澄?,心理上的渴望。沒啥對錯(cuò),只是客觀自己審視一下,真實(shí)是什么!A craving that is a biological need comes in the form of a desire for a particular taste that may be lacking in your diet; sweet and salty are the most common. A craving that is a psychological desire comes in the form of wanting a specific food, such as choco- late, pastry, potato chips, or ice cream.
