'The play may begin at any moment,' I said.

'It may have begun already,' Susan answered.

I hurried to the ticket-office. 'May I have two tickets please ?' I asked.

'I'm sorry, we've sold out,' the girl said.

'What a pity!' Susan exclaimed.

Just then, a man hurried to the ticket-office.

'Can I return these two tickets?' he asked.

'Certainly,' the girl said.

I went back to the ticket-office at once.

'Could I have those two tickets please ?' I asked.

'Certainly, 'the girl said, 'but they are for next Wednesday's performance. Do you still want them?

'I might as well have them,' I said sadly.?

練習(xí)感悟：

1.能早上就早上，千萬不要拖到深夜，一到深夜就犯困，實在不適合深夜學(xué)習(xí)，腦袋一團漿糊了；

2.兩個certainly，尤其第一個，夸張點，一錄音就忘記了，幸虧后面記住了；

3.計算時長是1:05s，可是怎么錄都是一分鐘，要找找原因。

just then, a man hurried to the ticket office中，just then后面要停頓一秒，certainly, but they are for next Wednesday's?performance,but前面停頓一秒；next的尾音t念出來；I might這兩個單詞拉長，持續(xù)大約3秒。好，再試試看吧。

4. 試過了，還是1分鐘，完全沒有辦法在該停頓的時候停下來

5.重新聽了一遍錄音，太難聽了，Wednesday讀成了升調(diào)，模仿不到位，沒有原文中票買完然后發(fā)現(xiàn)有票最后不是當天的票的哪種語調(diào)起伏。

6. 不能再這么晚讀書了。
