I am empowered by these words.
I always wanted to change something.
In my childhood, I want to change the world.
In the middle school, I want to change the nation.
And now, I only can change myself.
This doesnt mean I am passive.Quite the opposite, I am not a day-dreamer right now. I turn it into action.
I do things from tiny and small, just like a smile. I let my tiny actions to influence others.
I learn how to empower and inspire others, and let them to be better.
People not only need we to teach them how to fish, but also need we to encourage and remind them to fish.
Maybe this is the real leadership.
