It is one of the greatest book to tell theparents how to communication with their kids I think. It is entitled how totalk so kids will listen & listen so kids will talk. The name is so long. Inthe book, we are told some specific steps to do. In contrast with other bookswhich just told us you what we should do but how to do it. I appreciate theeffort these two author had taken.

Then these are some points I have got:

(1)Listen to the kids with full attention and acknowledging his feelingand describe the feeling in one or two words. Don’t quickly give him advice andthe purpose of his talk mostly is sharing his feeling with you, most of time hecan solve the problem on his own. What You should do is being a good listenerwhich is enough.
