In this article, the author introduced the main idea in two paragraphs，then he writed his own findings in the following paragraphs and write these in points. He have devoted 30 years and then found eight traits which are often found in creative people . He thinks that each of the creative people is a "multitude",? they have control, passion, pain, even they are contradictory in many ways.In the words of the author， they are native and childish, humble and proud, rebellious and conservative and so on.
