To be honest, I am very nervous now. The last time that I was? so nervous was when I was proposing to my ex-girlfriend.（笑點）? The last and last time was when I was interviewed to join GN.（笑點）

Now, he is not my manager any more,? he's my manager's manager's manager（笑點）.Oh,? I am so sad that I never said no to him at all.(笑點)

Anyway, that was the first lesson that I learned about GN company culture: Be open minded, encourage, empower and challenge people.

If you step into GN TM, you will find very similar value and culture there.

頭馬在做什么

In toastmaster, we encourage people to stand upto the stage and speak out,? no matter how awful he speaks. （笑點）

We have our own service team,? we cooperate, coordinate and communicate, we simplify process. We made the club filled with GN element.? We speak more, hear more, do more and be more.（吹捧，此刻需要掌聲!）

Someone asked me how free you are to join this club.? Now, I'd like to tell him,? no, we are not Free. We are very expensive（笑點）.? But we spend our precious spare time to serve people.

In TM, you will find someone who cannot say a word in the begining and finally can speak fluently.

In TM you cannot imagine how good one can speak if you simply judge from his appearance. I wont tell you his name is Chris.（笑點）

Even for tonight, the two hosts are key teammumbers of GN Toastmasters.

Last sunday,? we took part in a competition in XM. At first, when we tell them that we are from GN toastmaster.? They said ：who?（笑點）? Finally, we won 3 First prizes，1 Second prize and 1 Third prize.
