step1

Watch the movie ?and watch it with the subtitles on at ?first. Your eyes and ears should work equally at this stage. Try to understand the theme and the main idea of the movie.

看電影時(shí)第一遍的時(shí)候帶著字幕看。這一階段，你的眼睛和耳朵應(yīng)當(dāng)同時(shí)工作。試著理解片子的主題和大意。

Step 2

Watch it again, still with subtitles on, but now try to not look at the subtitles. Listen as much as possible and look at the subtitles only when you really do not understand. Skip all small details this ?time and slowly increase learning by decreasing the number of times you stop the movie.

第二遍看，還是帶著字幕，但是盡量少看字幕。努力用耳朵去聽，只是在實(shí)在不懂的時(shí)候再看一眼字幕。剛開始的時(shí)候忽略掉聽不懂的細(xì)節(jié)，不要一遇到聽不懂的就暫停。然后慢慢的多聽?zhēng)妆?，試著越?lái)越少的暫停。

Step 3

Watch it without subtitles. It sounds tough but believe me, after enough practice with the first two steps, you will find it easier to watch the movie in English.

去掉字幕看。這聽上去很難但是你要相信，只要你在前兩步練習(xí)的足夠充分，你就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)去掉字幕沒有想像的那么難。

Tip

You may need to spend some time on the first two steps. Do not try the last step to early because it can ?discourage you. However, when you are ready you may never have imagined that English is such a piece of cake for you.

你應(yīng)該在前兩個(gè)步驟上多花些時(shí)間。不要過早的進(jìn)入第三個(gè)步驟不然你會(huì)遭受打擊的。但是一旦你達(dá)到了第三步，你就會(huì)出乎意料的發(fā)現(xiàn)原來(lái)英語(yǔ)不過是小菜一碟！
