Last year, I had the （1） to study at a British （2） as an （3）. I stayed with a （4） and went to school with their son, Daniel. We were both in year ten and we （5）. He is learning Chinese and will （6）me this year in China!

The British school day （7） at 9 a.m. and （8） at 4 p.m. Students （9）have to （10） nine （11） at secondary school. Every student in the UK must study English, （12） and the （13） subjects: Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Students can also （14） to study other subjects, such as History, Art and Business.

I still have （53） of myself acting in William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Joining clubs was a great way to meet British students and （54） them.
