小時(shí)候最期待過年，因?yàn)檫^年有一個(gè)最大的好處是要買新衣服和新鞋子，現(xiàn)在雖然沒有了以前的年味兒，但是小朋友喜歡買新衣服新鞋子的心情是不變的。
去到兔子小姐的鞋店里，佩奇嗖的就坐上凳子，在凳子上晃蕩著腳的樣子真的好得意，大概買新鞋子的孩子們都是這樣的。
佩奇買了一雙紅色的新鞋子，她非常喜歡她的新鞋，回到家就跟豬爸爸豬媽媽還有喬治炫耀，開心的不得了。
佩奇喜歡她的新鞋子，洗澡的時(shí)候都舍不得脫下來，翹著兩條腿穿著鞋子洗澡。
晚上睡覺前刷牙，佩奇還是不舍得脫掉她的新鞋子，上床睡覺時(shí)還是沒有脫掉新鞋子。

我最佩服的是豬媽媽，她沒有強(qiáng)迫佩奇去把鞋子脫下來，只是建議佩奇，但是佩奇表示永遠(yuǎn)都不把鞋子脫下來，豬媽媽也只是笑笑同意佩奇穿鞋睡覺。
于是佩奇真的一直穿著她的新鞋子，直到下雨了。
下雨后的花園里到處都是水和泥坑，豬媽媽豬爸爸和喬治都穿著靴子到花園里玩，只有佩奇還穿著她的新鞋子。
喬治去草叢里玩得很開心，佩奇很羨慕，但是她不想弄臟新鞋子，所以放棄了。
喬治又跑到泥坑里去玩，佩奇也想去玩，但是還是不想弄臟新鞋子，她開始覺得糾結(jié)了，新鞋子似乎沒有那么讓她開心了。
后來豬爸爸和豬媽媽都加入到跳泥坑游戲了，佩奇再也忍不住了，她悄悄的回家把新鞋子換掉，穿著靴子出來玩了。

這里豬媽媽高明的地方在于她沒有強(qiáng)迫佩奇一定要把新鞋子脫掉，而是等佩奇自己主動(dòng)意識(shí)到永遠(yuǎn)穿著新鞋子是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的。
小朋友總是有擰巴的時(shí)候，只要不是原則的問題，慢慢等等他，讓他自己的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)來驗(yàn)證自己的對(duì)錯(cuò)，做父母的無需著急。
旁白：Peppa and George have been playing in the garden.
爸爸：Peppa, where are your shoes?
佩奇：Oh, I've lost them.
媽媽：Well, I'm sure we can find them. Maybe we should try the garden?
佩奇：Yes!
旁白：Everyone is looking for Peppa's shoes.
旁白：Mummy Pig is looking in the flowerbed. Peppa's shoes are not there.
Oh!
旁白：Daddy Pig is looking in the wheelbarrow. Peppa's shoes are not there.
Oh!
旁白：Peppa and George look in the flowerpots. Peppa's shoes are not there, either.
Oh!
Oh!
爸爸：We've looked everywhere, but we can't find Peppa's shoes!
旁白：Peppa's shoes are lost.
佩奇：Now I haven't got any shoes to wear.
媽媽：Poor Peppa. Your shoes were getting a bit old... we'll buy you a new pair!
佩奇：Can my new shoes be red, Mummy?
媽媽：Of course, they can.
佩奇：George! I'm going to have new red shoes!
旁白Mummy Pig and Peppa are at Miss Rabbit's shoe shop.
媽媽：Hello, Miss Rabbit.
兔小姐：Hello, Mummy Pig.
媽媽：We would like to buy some new shoes for Peppa, please.
佩奇：Red Shoes!
兔小姐：Oh I'm sure we can find you some lovely new shoes, Peppa!
佩奇：Red ones, please.
兔小姐：Of course, red ones.
佩奇：Wow! New red shoes!
旁白：George and Daddy Pig are playing draughts.
爸爸：Oh, well done, George.
佩奇：Daddy! Daddy! Look at my new shoes! They are red!
爸爸：I say! They are red.
佩奇：Mummy, do you like my new shoes?
媽媽：Yes, Peppa, they make you look very smart.
佩奇：George, do you like my new shoes?
旁白：Everyone likes Peppa's new shoes.
佩奇：I like my new shoes so much. I don't want to ever take them off.
旁白：It is bath time. Peppa wants to keep her new shoes on, even for her bath.
旁白：Peppa is in her pajamas. She still has her new shoes on.
旁白：Peppa even wants to wear her new shoes in bed!
媽媽：Peppa, are you sure you don't want to take your shoes off?
佩奇：I don't want to ever take my new shoes off, Mummy.
媽媽：Very well. Goodnight, Peppa and George.
佩奇：Goodnight, Mummy! Goodnight, Daddy
爸爸：Goodnight, my little piggies!
旁白：It has been raining all night and now the garden is very wet. Mummy Pig is wearing her boots. Daddy Pig is wearing his boots. George is wearing his boots.
旁白：Peppa is still wearing her new red shoes. George is going to play in the wet grass.
旁白：Oh, dear. Peppa loves playing in the wet grass, but she doesn't want to get her new shoes wet.
佩奇：I can't play in the wet grass, George.
Oh.
旁白：George loves jumping in muddy puddles. Peppa loves jumping in puddles, but she doesn't want to get her new shoes muddy.
Oh.
旁白：Mummy and Daddy love jumping up and down in muddy puddles! Everyone likes jumping in muddy puddles!
旁白：where is Peppa going?
旁白：Peppa is putting on her boots!
Wheeeeee!
佩奇：If you jump in muddy puddles, you must wear your boots!
