My name is ***. I am the Vice President Education of Linyi iNOJOY Toastmasters Club. I am so glad to have you with us today.
As some of you just know us and join the meeting for the very first time. I'd like to introduce the club to all of us. It's simply about several question:

What we do.
How we do it.

Let's start with the first question.
Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization established in 1924 in California the US. Till now it has been for more than 90 years. We are a world leader in communication and leadership development.
Toastmasters International has more than 345,000 membership belongs to 15,900 clubs which separated in 142 countries.

What can we do in a club which has more 90 years history. Every club shares the same club mission.

We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

So, at the club level, our mission is to build up your self-confidence and personal growth. You see. Personal growth comes from self-confidence. Self-confidence makes personal growth. Without self-confidence, you can't achieve anything even you are talent.
