加入環(huán)境變量

vim ~/.bashrc
添加：

export PATH=$PATH:/mnt/g/ubuntu_software/tmp/tmpbKioAY/phobius

保存：

：wq!

運(yùn)行

phobius.pl -h

phobius.pl -short? test.fasta > output.file

報(bào)錯“Use of uninitialized value $predstr in concatenation (.) or string at /mnt/g/ubuntu_software/tmp/tmpbKioAY/phobius/phobius.pl line 261, <SOUT> line 3003”
