2020年，千里之行始于足下，從mini habits入手，行動起來。
方法一：微習(xí)慣
我對英語日歷和法語日歷一直迷之向往，期盼每天掃一眼積跬步。2019年最末幾天，趁著休年假，我想到用日歷學(xué)習(xí)：購買空白的名片大小的單詞卡，每天抄寫打動我的一句話（中文、英文和法文各DIY一個日歷）。麻煩的是，卡片越積越多，我覺得太浪費(fèi)地盤，就改用筆記本，也便于查詢。
為了做日歷，每天我做三語閱讀，順帶開啟了微習(xí)慣2——每日至少讀一頁中文、英文、法文（加一起不過三頁而已）。
借助每日英語聽力和每日法語聽力，我與同桌組隊(duì)，每天打卡各練習(xí)15分鐘聽力。
方法二：斷舍離
通過微習(xí)慣3——每天扔一件個人物品，我斷舍離。開始是扔實(shí)物，后來扔電子文件，清理電腦和網(wǎng)盤。反正每天一扔，我心情好，專治抑郁。

1. 蘇培成，《怎樣使用標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號》（增訂本）? ? 評價：必讀。寫作的一大難點(diǎn)就是用對、用好標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號。鑒于本書需要一字一句地啃并在寫作遇到疑點(diǎn)時回看以自查，應(yīng)視同于字典。建議留紙質(zhì)版。
2. 劉慈欣，《三體》 系列（全三本）? 評價：“宇宙社會學(xué)”啟蒙教程。
3? 劉未鵬，《暗時間》?? 評價：自學(xué)、讀書、寫作與深度思考的實(shí)戰(zhàn)方法集。
4? 楊伯峻，《論語譯注》? 評價：《論語》是國學(xué)必讀書，而本書是學(xué)習(xí)《論語》的入門經(jīng)典。
5? 路遙，《平凡的世界》 評價：飽含深情、樸實(shí)平凡的小人物全景人生路。

4 Couleurs de l'incendie? 評價：由Claire老師帶讀，如同攀登高峰，過程艱辛但登頂后風(fēng)光無限。這是目前為止我讀過的難度最大的法語原版書，堪稱女性版《基督山伯爵》。
寫作
為了提高筆頭輸出能力，我今年開通了微博，專門用來練習(xí)英語和法語的寫作。每天在微博上發(fā)一兩句英文和法文，積跬步。
