跟讀內(nèi)容：今天跟讀的是C10 Test2 Par4的第21句到第31句

跟讀心得日記：

1、Above all they'll need great skills in leadership (Q38), so that their organisation can initiate and respond to change in a fast-moving world, where they face lots of competing requirements and potential conflicts.(C10 Test2 Par4第22句)

initiate是initiative的動詞形式，過去我只會用initiative來表示原創(chuàng)的，最初的等意思，今天跟讀這句話發(fā)現(xiàn)，initiate做動詞，可以表示發(fā)起，創(chuàng)始，或者提出一個新東西，比如這句話中的initiate a change, 發(fā)起一個變革；類似的例子還有，initiate a project, 發(fā)起一個項目，或者initiate a discussion 發(fā)起一場討論等

另外就是above all，這個詞組，不是表示以上，而是做副詞表示最重要的是。。。

2、The predominant style of management will almost certainly become more consultative and collaborative, caused above all by more women (Q39) moving into senior management positions.(C10 Test2 Par4第24句)

predominant表示的是占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位的，主流的，最重要的等，以前我只會說main，important，今天跟讀這句，發(fā)現(xiàn)用predominant好像更地道，

consultative對我是一個新單詞，以前雖然經(jīng)常用consult，consultant，consultancy，但是今天是第一次發(fā)現(xiàn)還有consultative這個形容詞，表示可以協(xié)商的。

3、Another point I'd like to make is that although I've been talking about companies, one trend that they have to face is the move away from people working for the same employer for years.(C10 Test2 Par4第29句)

move一般情況下是各動詞，但是在這里是做了名詞，move away from 變成了一個名詞短語，表示離什么東西越來越遠，或者說遠離了某個東西，或者說這個東西已經(jīng)不在那里了。來表達一個趨勢和變化。
