After school, kevin said he felt dizzy, but he still wanted to go swimming. We talked about his English exam, how many bottles of water he drank at school, and etc.

When we came back home, after packed his backpack for tomorrow, he went to sleep before 20:30.? Hope he could feel better tomorrow.

2.PD實(shí)踐

根據(jù)昨晚的約定，今天早晨由孩子自己安排自己的時(shí)間，執(zhí)行情況非常好，鬧鐘響起，自己立馬起床、穿衣、洗漱、吃飯、收拾完畢，比往常的出門時(shí)間還早了一點(diǎn)。晚上由于去游泳了，而且他也覺得有些不大舒服，很早就睡了。明天繼續(xù)跟進(jìn)執(zhí)行情況。
