例二: Women and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, some people think it is right to exclude males or females from certain professions because of their gender. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Introduction：我不同意

Body-1. 把工作機(jī)會(huì)向兩性都開(kāi)放有很多好處。由于思維的差異，會(huì)帶來(lái)不同的思維和方法。兩性的合作，能讓效率更高。比如男性警察雖然在physical strength 有優(yōu)勢(shì)，但是女性警察更擅長(zhǎng)分析罪犯的犯罪心理。

Body-2. 現(xiàn)代社會(huì)兩性之間的差距已經(jīng)不如以前那么大了。在一些諸如建筑，伐木等工作中，科技設(shè)備的使用幫助女性在很大程度上彌補(bǔ)了身體不夠強(qiáng)壯的缺點(diǎn)。其次，過(guò)去極少有女性在政府和公司的管理中扮演角色，但隨著女性獲得平等的受教育的權(quán)利，她們的比例正在逐步的提高。同樣的，現(xiàn)在也有越來(lái)越多的男性從事護(hù)理和幼兒教師這兩個(gè)原來(lái)被看著更適合女性的工作。

Body-3. 因?yàn)樾詣e因素把男/女性排除在某些職位之外是一種性別歧視行為。一個(gè)人能否勝任一份職位取決于TA是否滿足能力的需求。

Conclusion: 我的觀點(diǎn)是我們不能因?yàn)樾詣e就把males or females排除在某些職業(yè)之外。
