one helpful thing 與one good thing等是一樣的意思，都是表示一個好處，一個優(yōu)點。

2、First of all, you have to take out insurance?on the furniture and you need to organize that yourself.（C20 Test3 Part1第42句)

給什么東西投保，買保險，在商務(wù)英語中一般用take out. 也就是這句話中的take out insurance on sth.

這里的organize,與arrange也是可以通用的好像。
