口語(yǔ)期末考試，外教要求每個(gè)人自己寫(xiě)一首Slam Poem，背誦下來(lái)到講臺(tái)展示。實(shí)際是大家到講臺(tái)上都帶稿了。第一次寫(xiě)英文詩(shī)。
What Do I Want to Know

"What do I want to know?"
I asked myself during the journey before entering university.
In people's come and go,
I arrived at the place I had imagined hundreds of times.
Life here was amazed, busy, and awfully nobody cares you,
but it was believed that this place will enrich my soul.
I was eager to know how to get what I want to know.
Then I explored through several ways I can get on the whole.
A professor said,
"The university origins from the universal."
University origins from the universal. I wrote it on my memo.
Even though, I still want to know what is the meaning of the word "universal"?
And how do I reach it?
"You are advised to read five hundred books in four years, books which can attract you."
A lecturer told me so.
Then I started to seek and read whatever intriguing.
In the library, on the phone, among forums and in my kindle.
It seems that I had got something about "universal".
Yet I could not define what I had known.
Until I was asked to write a paper about the title "You are what you read",
I knew I have to rethink what I want to know.
The paper gave me an opportunity to grip something new.
I found that reading did determine some of you.
Gradually, the question turned into "How do I get to know?"
It was mentioned every time I was defeated by the unknown.
Fortunately, I met several professors as well as friends help me to out of the hole.
They said that "do something challenging, which is the training and tests prepared for you.
They said that "you are not alone, and there is a rule called easy come easy go."
They said that "life is like a newly fallen field of snow, every step you choose will show."
They said that "I am trying to encourage and help you to be a more potential girl than you."
They said that "don't be frustrated by anything troubles you, then try it again and get the past go.
They said that "it is hard to hold on, but you'll be the hero of you".
So, when I hardly stand the hardships of the issue,
When I was breathless for being no late by rushing,
When I was overwhelmed by demanding assignments scored "F",
When I was bored with the endless routine work
I asked myself:
Would you like to give up as so?
The inner sound told me: No!
What do I want to know?
How do I get to know?
These are two companions with me all along.
And I am very grateful for their fellow.
