pip install jupyter
問題1:python及pip 版本太低
解決方法:
python下包安裝[2]
pip更新:
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
更新完,關(guān)閉cmd,重開后再install
問題2:ImportError: cannot import name 'constants' from partially initialized module 'zmq.backend.cython' (most likely due to a circular import) (C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python38\site-packages\zmq\backend\cython_init_.py)

pip uninstalling pyzmq
pip install pyzmq
重裝完,關(guān)閉cmd,重開后再install
打開Jupyter

新建虛擬環(huán)境后,若要啟動(dòng)jupyter,需要同樣pip intstall jupyter
原工具只有vscode
Jupyter 調(diào)整:
