The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the financial institution in the app or its metadata, as required by Guideline 5.2.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines.

Next Steps

Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the financial institution. If you have developed this app on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.

Once created, you cannot change your seller name or company name in iTunes Connect. For assistance with changing your company name or seller name, you will need to contact iTunes Connect through the Contact Us page. Select Getting Started from the first dropdown menu, then select General iTunes Connect Inquiry to contact the appropriate iTunes Connect team.

從5.2.1的描述看，僅僅是App里展示的公司跟發(fā)布App的賬號所屬公司不一致，或者App里面沒有體現(xiàn)發(fā)布App的賬號所屬公司。并不是說金融資質(zhì)的問題。

而3.2.1的描述是：理財或者借貸金融資質(zhì)的問題。說明這個已經(jīng)不存在App里公司名字與賬號所屬公司名字不一致的問題。

但是從實際跟蘋果的斗爭中發(fā)現(xiàn)，5.2.1的問題也很有可能是金融資質(zhì)的問題。因為我們提供了經(jīng)營范圍有金融服務(wù)的賬號，公司名字是統(tǒng)一的。但是蘋果還是以5.2.1拒掉我們，但是溝通時蘋果不給任何回復(fù)。

后來把賬號換成有借貸資質(zhì)的賬號并且在App里和賬號里統(tǒng)一公司的名字，審核就通過了（我的App是現(xiàn)金貸類型的App）。

以上是經(jīng)歷，下面來分享應(yīng)對策略

1. 公司名字不統(tǒng)一的問題

   • 在App里顯眼的位置顯示賬號里的公司名字.如頁面底部添加：@copyright XX公司。
   • App里顯示的任何第三方公司（包括銀行名字，支付公司名字，借貸公司名字，理財公司名字等）、任何第三方App信息都要剔除出或者隱藏掉。
   • itunes connect里App的簡介也不要展示任何第三方合作公司信息，任何App信息
   • 技術(shù)支持網(wǎng)站不要展示任何第三方公司信息，不要展示任何App信息，也不要顯示媒體報道等，只顯示自己App的信息
   • iTunes connect里顯示copyright項填上：賬號所屬公司：@copyright XX公司

2. 屏蔽或者剔除敏感詞

   • 所謂的敏感詞是根據(jù)你的App敏感行業(yè)性質(zhì)來確定的的。比如：金融，理財，借貸，彩票，送奇葩XX的活動等
   • 敏感詞的剔除要體現(xiàn)App的任何頁面、itunes connect里App的簡介、技術(shù)支持網(wǎng)站、公司官網(wǎng)（如果蘋果沒有機(jī)會看到你們官網(wǎng)，可以不做處理）等

3. 剔除敏感模塊。

   • 有莫名的會員信息時，剔除掉
   • 有敏感獎勵活動的，剔除掉
   • 剔除這些是為了不要因為這個，引起不必要的溝通

4. 市場效果圖處理

   • 市場截圖使用蘋果審核時看到的效果圖，盡量是普通用戶看到的效果圖和蘋果審核的效果圖是一樣的。如果有差別的地方，請使用蘋果審核時看到的效果圖。
   • 做了這些工作后很容易引起審核時的頁面和市場截圖不一致。這個一定要注意，并且很容易遺忘（頁面內(nèi)容不一樣，高概率會拒掉App）

5. 如何屏蔽敏感信息

   • 使用隱藏開關(guān)。單開接口通過參數(shù)值來控制蘋果審核時和審核通過后的展示信息
   • 使用測試賬號處理。 提供給蘋果審核的App有測試賬號時，可以針對測試賬號做屏蔽。測試賬號登陸App，敏感文案或頁面都是看不到的。正常用戶能看到完整功能。這個方案很大概率規(guī)避蘋果回頭審查你App的問題。

6. 新建App審核

   • 做了這些工作之后，重新創(chuàng)建一個App審核。這樣蘋果看到的就是一個干凈的App，不帶有審核被拒信息給新的審核人員。如果在原來的App上繼續(xù)審核，審核人員還會繼續(xù)上次拒絕的原因，排查是否解決。并且會高概率的拒掉App。

7. 做了這些工作之后5.2.1或者3.2.1

   • 3.2.1 請使用有對應(yīng)資質(zhì)的賬號上傳App（資質(zhì)問題請留言或者私信我2018-01-17）
   • 5.2.1 請排查你的App是否有沒處理掉的細(xì)節(jié)點
   • App被蘋果盯上了，換icon，換名字，換聯(lián)系人信息，換簡介、換關(guān)鍵詞、換跟以前重復(fù)的市場圖、換測試賬號等，只要你能想到的有重復(fù)的地方，都換掉。
   • 仍然有5.2.1 。換賬號，重建App上傳。
