例：假定你是Jack，給在無(wú)錫新區(qū)工作的筆友王強(qiáng)寫信，要點(diǎn)如下：
- 非常高興得知王強(qiáng)真正準(zhǔn)備高考，并鼓勵(lì)他一定能克服各種困難獲得好成績(jī)。
- 告訴他你將去無(wú)錫旅游，你將乘火車于5月1日早晨6點(diǎn)到達(dá)，請(qǐng)他接站，并請(qǐng)他幫你安排1至4日的住宿（旅館靠近市中心，房間可以小一些，但不要太貴）。
- 此外，你還要他幫你訂5日返回上海的火車票。
注意：開(kāi)頭的稱呼（Dear Wang Qiang）結(jié)尾的落款（Yours Jack）
- 確定格式
- 組織語(yǔ)言（即給主要的觀點(diǎn)補(bǔ)充”血” “肉”，切記所闡述的觀點(diǎn)要一一表達(dá)出來(lái)，不能漏掉一個(gè)信息點(diǎn)）
- 詞語(yǔ)的把控：多用簡(jiǎn)單句，不用復(fù)合句；多用短句；不用長(zhǎng)句；講究簡(jiǎn)明扼要（盡量使用自己有把握的句子，注意語(yǔ)法是否符合題意等）
- 檢查、查漏補(bǔ)缺（信息點(diǎn)是否完整、語(yǔ)法是否正確）

I'm going to stay in Wuxi till May 4th. Please help me book a hotel room. I hope to stay in a hotel around the downtown area but the price shouldn't be very hign. I don't mind if the room is small. Another thing. Can you book a ticket for me back to Shanghai on 4th? All the best.
