otherwise的本質(zhì)意思就是 not this one, but something else，很明顯就是從other衍生過來的，其后綴wise是表示「in a… way」以…方式，「in … respect」在…方面。

likewise 類似的（in a "like" way）

clockwise 順時針的 （沿著鐘表走動的方向）

stepwise 逐步的 （像階梯一樣的方式）

timewise?在時間方面(Timewise, we are?OK 在時間方面，我們還很充足）

moneywise 在錢方面

marketwise 在市場方面

healthwise 在健康方面
