Docker Machine可以用來：

  • 在mac或者windows上安裝和啟動(dòng)docker
  • 能部署和管理大量遠(yuǎn)程Docker hosts
  • 能部署Swarm集群

Docker Machine

Docker Machine可以讓我們?cè)谔摂M主機(jī)上安裝Docker engine和管理這些主機(jī)。

使用docker-machine命令，可以start、inspect、stop、restart一個(gè)主機(jī)，升級(jí)docker clint和daemon等

安裝

You can find the latest versions of the binaries on the docker/machine release page on GitHub.

curl -L https://github.com/docker/machine/releases/download/v0.12.0-rc2/docker-machine-`uname -s`-`uname -m` >/tmp/docker-machine &&
    chmod +x /tmp/docker-machine

sudo cp /tmp/docker-machine /usr/local/bin/docker-machine

卸載

  • rm ${which docker-machine}
  • 移除Machine。docker-machine rm <machine-name> docker-machine rm -f $(docker-machine ls -q)

創(chuàng)建一個(gè)Machine

  • docker-machine ls列出可用的machines
  • docker-machine create --driver [driver] [MachineName]
  • Get the environment commands for your new VM.`docker-machine env [MachineName]
  • Connect your shell to the new machine.eval "$(docker-machine env default)"
