Do you know your shortcomings?

We always get ourselves involved in an occasion like this: I know I did something wrong, but I don’t think it’s a big deal for me. If you blame on me, I have two or more excuses to escape. How clever I am. However, if you did better than me, most of us wouldn’t regard it as their abilities. We consider if we try our best, we will do no worse than you do. That is called judging by different standards.

We need to know what we are short of?? And learn from other’s advantages.

Maybe you don’t like someone just because he says something for you. Maybe you like someone just because she does you a favor. Don’t rely on anybody. You need to believe yourself even if right now you can’t do it well. You have responsibility for your family, your workmates. You need to lead them to improve themselves and get a better future.

So arrangements should be reasonable. You should be clear about everyone’s advantages. And of course you have your shortcomings. You need to let someone else to help you. Admit your shortcomings. It’s the first step to earn the trust from the others. Besides this, you must get over your disadvantages. Everyone hates that kind of person who know it but don’t do it.

Actually whatever your shortcomings are, the best way is to get over them. It’s your character or habit in your life, hard to change. But we must have a little faith!
