什么才是打開理財(cái)?shù)恼_方式?What is the right way to start"money management"?

So, what is the right way to start “money management”?

? ? ?? First, let’s carefully review our own experiences and everything around it. Have you ever had any of the following situations?

還是一名正在讀書的學(xué)生,不知道什么是理財(cái)或者只聽過理財(cái)兩字但不知道其具體含義;

You are still a student, and don't know what is money management. Or perhaps, you know these words but don't understand it well;

剛畢業(yè)工作一兩年,工資幾乎月月光,還透支信用卡;

You have been working for one or two years already right after graduation but your salary is being consumed at the beginning of the month. Plus, you also have a balance on your credit card;

畢業(yè)后的一路走來,工作、結(jié)婚和生子,導(dǎo)致沒有多少存款且覺得錢總不夠用,迫于無奈,生活只能墨守成規(guī);

You've worked, you've married and you've become a parent all the way after graduation and you don't have a lot of savings. You always feel short of money and you're living a life of routine that will surely zap the joy out of you.

You have your own house, your own car and your own personal cause, through your own efforts. But, you are always busy and you have no time to stop and enjoy the beauty of life.

? ? ? ? No matter which of the situations mentioned above you can relate with, at this moment, I invite you to stop and think for a few seconds. Ask yourself, what is the real meaning of “rich”?

? ? ? ?Do not panic right away without trying to find an appropriate solution. Well, according to the 80/20 rule, 80% of the people in the world are stuck on one of the situations mentioned above. But you could choose your own path and not follow the trend that most people (including me) engaged themselves into. Remember that, the choices that you make today will determine the person that? you will become seven years from now. And I believe that since you have been reading my column up to now, perhaps you would want to be included in the 20% of the 80/20 proportion of the economic population. In the financial knowledge system, 20% of the people are composed of those who have the"rich mind ", or in short, "the rich". While, the remaining are the people who possess the "poor mind" or in short, "the poor".

Take a look at the diagram above. Examine yourself if you are in the same vicious cycle.

? ? ? ? The poor and the “middle class” are always working for money, but they don’t know that, they’re living a vicious cycle of getting up——workingdoing business)——paying? the bills——then getting up (again)——doing business (again) ---and the cycle goes on. They are afraid of losing money, afraid of losing their big houses (with mortgages),the luxurious cars (with loans), and their lives that seem all good and well. And because of such fears mentioned, they work very hard to earn money, and so they become slaves to money. But they don’t know, that in most cases, their feelings think ahead of them,and they are only getting busier. They are stuck in the “busy trap” without them knowing the way out.

? ? ? ? On the other hand, the rich people let the money work for them. They don’t have to sell their time to provide for their necessary expenses. The rich also have plenty of time to do the things that they want, to achieve self-worth and to live an attractive life that everyone would wish or hope for. It’s just so nice just to think about that kind of life, right? So, to realize the financial freedom, first,? We must have the“rich mind”. If you don’t have it yet, please make a commitment to change your mind.

? ? ? ? Next, let’s look at two different ways of thinking in the comparative table below:

? ? ? ? As you looked at the above table, has it dawned on you already why you have been poor for many years?Well, I have good news for you. It’s not yet too late to take action.So instead of focusing on the current, unpleasant situation.? Why not train your mind to think the way the rich people do?
