Hail?and?Snow?on?a?Mexico?volcano!

“Look, it's hailing” I said to my mom.

My mom, my dad, a friend of mine and I, were at a volcano of Toluca in Mexico. We were at a lake beside the volcano and 10 minutes after we got there it started to hail. Ouch I thought as one of the hail balls hit me. Even though it was a bit larger than sand it really hurt. Then my dad came down from the volcano, he said “Let's go up, it's hailing lighter up there.”

So as we maneuvered up the volcano the hail slowly became softer and softer until there was little left, but my feet hurt more and more as we went up. Then when I felt that my legs would break off I found a bolder at the side of the mountain so I carefully sat down. On the bolder I saw little flower growing in the mountain. As I was relaxing on the boulder, the hail started to fall again and this time it was much larger. It was about the size of a pebble. So my dad, my mom, my friend and I, had no choice but to go to the car. As we walked farther away from the volcano, there was a splash of thunder and lightning. The lightning stopped and out and emerged a large double rainbow.

“Wow” I said.

Finally we got in the car. As we passed through the town the volcano is located in, we found patches of snow on the roof and on the grass of the houses. We were so amazed that I called it the catastrophe town. So then, as we got back home I thought we would never see such a spectacular sight in my whole life ever again. Since Mexico is such a warm place and everyday it's about 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit it's way too hot for hail and snow!
