請拿出您自己的想法。我們知道您有自己的奇思妙想，那么請將它們付諸實際。請不要簡單照搬 App Store 上的熱門 app，或只是細微修改其他 app 的名稱或 UI，就將其挪為己用。這么做不但有引發(fā)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)侵權(quán)索賠的風險，更會加大在 App Store 中瀏覽的難度，而且對您的開發(fā)者同仁來說也不公平。

蘋果原文如下：

Guideline 4.1 - Design - Copycats

This app or its metadata appears to be attempting to misrepresent itself as another popular app or game already available on the App Store or a third-party platform.

Apps submitted to the App Store should be unique and should not attempt to deceive users into thinking they are downloading something they are not.

The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.

Next Steps

• Review the Copycats section of the App Store Review Guidelines.
• Ensure your app is compliant with all sections of the App Store Review Guidelines and the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program.
• Once your app is fully compliant, resubmit your app for review.

慶幸提交應用通過了審核，但是遇到了4.1的問題。
此版本實際是與上次受理的版本一致，或許更換了一個評審人員有不一樣的看法。
對方并未告知具體什么地方出現(xiàn)抄襲也未添加應用截圖，所以我的處理方式如下：

1.準備APP的相關運營授權(quán)、音頻文件使用授權(quán)--證明APP的合法授權(quán)
2.準備游戲角色、UI、音視頻等素材截圖--證明原創(chuàng)素材
3.向Apple官方申訴具體的違規(guī)部分還請明示，并明確說明以上合法授權(quán)、原創(chuàng)素材等信息。

2018年3月2日 申訴通過，APP過審。
