People cherish different things in life.?

Some people think money is the only real thing, because if you have enough money, you can always buy the things you want, and you can not only buy stuff,you can also buy services and attract some other's obeidience.

Some people insist that power is the supreme thing, as once you are the one in control, other people will follow your orders, and what you say and what you write become commands. You can also get the respect from people once you have power.

For some reason, people give up friends, and even relatives to get money and power. What I wonder is, will you really be happy if you have all the money and power but there isn't any other people in the world. We can't live alone in this world. All of happiness and sorrows comes from the relationship with the other people in the world. Money or power, they are just imitation of relationships. But all in all, they are not what we need in life.

So if one day, I have to make a choice, I guess I'll choose friends.
