VMware Workstation在windows環(huán)境中大家都會安裝，最近公司有個需求是需要在CentOS環(huán)境中安裝VMware Workstation，上官網(wǎng)查了下還真有Linux版本的，于是就開始研究了下怎么安裝。
0x01 下載
到官網(wǎng)下載免費適用版本，地址：http://www.vmware.com/cn/products/workstation/workstation-evaluation.html 選擇for linux進行下載，下載完后是個.bundle的文件，然后上傳到需要安裝的宿主機中。
0x02 安裝
1、安裝依賴
$ yum -y install perl gcc kernel-devel libX11 libXinerama libXcursor libXtst
2、直接在宿主機上面運行命令：
$ sh VMware-Workstation-xxxx-xxxx.bundle #開始安裝后會出現(xiàn)下面一些交互選項
You must accept the VMware Workstation End User License Agreement to continue. Press Enter to proceed #按回車閱讀許可協(xié)議，按q退出
Do you agree? [yes/no]: yes #輸入yes同意
You must accept the VMware OVF Tool component for Linux End User License Agreement to continue. Press Enter to proceed. #按回車閱讀OVF工具許可協(xié)議，按q退出
Do you agree? [yes/no]: yes #輸入yes同意
Would you like to check for product updates on startup? [yes]: #是否在啟動時檢查更新。yes or no
Would you like to help make VMware software better by sending anonymous system data and usage statistics to VMware? #是否愿意發(fā)送系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)給VMware。yes or no
Please enter the user that will initially connect to Workstation Server. Without setting this correctly, you will not be able to share VMs with other users. Additional users and administrators can be configured later in Workstation by selecting "Shared VMs" and clicking "Permissions"[root] #輸入遠程連接服務(wù)器的賬號，輸入root

接下去等待安裝完成

安裝成功。
0x03 卸載
運行下面命令即可以卸載：
$ vmware-installer -u vmware-workstation
0x04 服務(wù)管理
VMware Workstation安裝完成后，在/etc/init.d/下面有3個vmware服務(wù)：vmware、vmware-workstation-server、vmware-USBArbitrator
用start、stop、restart、status參數(shù)可對服務(wù)進行管理。
0x05 遠程連接
在其他windows機器上打開相同版本的vmware-workstation windows版本，選擇連接服務(wù)器
服務(wù)器名稱：宿主機的ip地址
用戶名：輸入在安裝vmware-workstation時配置的root用戶
密碼：宿主機的root密碼
點擊連接后，出現(xiàn)認證提示，確認即可。
在共享的虛擬機下面就出現(xiàn)了剛剛連接的宿主機，這樣就可以在上面創(chuàng)建虛擬機了。
0x06 創(chuàng)建虛擬機
創(chuàng)建虛擬機步驟和在windows上操作一樣。
創(chuàng)建完成后可以在宿主機中定位到當(dāng)初安裝時候設(shè)置的虛擬機共享目錄下，上面看到剛創(chuàng)建的虛擬機名稱的文件夾
加載ISO鏡像選擇遠程服務(wù)器，需要把ISO上傳到宿主機的共享虛擬機目錄中，如上圖。這樣在選擇ISO鏡像的時候就可以看到上傳的ISO鏡像了，如下圖：
配置完成后，啟動虛擬機進行安裝。
