A nice film reflects that each tribe may come out one or tow jerks that wish to change the common practice by oneself, they would not like to consider whether the decision they made is fair and reasonable.
Little bee left his family for outside world, just a graduated student strides toward the society, full of aspiration and desire… Wish to be the best one or do the things in him own way. He would like to follow the arrangement that all bees do, he thought himself as a unique, he should do something out of the ordinary. So he tried his best to do what he wanna do never consider what will it be after the winning of the case---If bees stop to work, the whole ecology circle will die.
It really did, little bee realize that he was wrong. When we make a decision, think others first and the overall situation, then we could get win-win achievement. Further more, thinking long-term benefit not the near sight. Lastly, try our best to correct the mistake we made, not to blame who did, cause we’re a team. Solve the problem is the most important and urgent thing we have to do first, look for the reason and the key person who made the decision later.
