After reading the following six chapters, I have known more about Trevor, the kind of guy who had a wonderful but a little painful puberty. These six chapters are mainly? talking about his school life, his dog-Fufi, his father and his first love.
He didn't get much attention of girls the whole puberty, and never considered himself worthy of Zaheera, a gilr he had a huge crush on. But she was always waiting for him to ask her out. They've missed each other out.
Something uppermost about the stories was Trevor's attitude towards life. As we all know, he've gotten a certain amount of animosity because he was the anomaly wherever he lived. At last he've found his niche, a chameleon, still, a cultural chameleon, and protected himself by opening up.
True to his nature, he never let the memory of something painful prevent him from trying something new.
