前言
在讀之前，了解了一下作者，然后本來想在YouTube看他脫口秀的視頻的，結果嗚嗚嗚...靠我神奇的渣渣聽力，聽不懂。就在b站搜了一下，竟然有。就挑了兩個播放量大的看，發(fā)現(xiàn)Trevor Noah小哥真的不愧是脫口秀喜劇演員，天生有幽默感，把在別人看來自己的悲慘經(jīng)歷講得讓人捧腹大笑，雖然仍有一絲辛酸。?
記得《傲骨賢妻》里有一集，講的是一個女喜劇演員在節(jié)目中露出了胸部，受到審查機構起訴。她請了律師，但從頭到尾都是不正經(jīng)地應對訴訟。她表明自己露胸是想在節(jié)目中引起大眾對于乳腺癌的關注，但是又在上臺前秘密地讓化妝師美化自己的胸部。她沒有辦法在對話中保持一種完整的嚴肅，所以你永遠都不知道，她母親死于乳腺癌和她想出名，哪個才是真正的原因。等到官司完結了，她又把整個訴訟的過程編進了自己的脫口秀里面......
把生活中發(fā)生在自己和周圍人的各種經(jīng)歷，尤其是操蛋經(jīng)歷，分解、組合、戲劇化，然后表演分享，是這種喜劇演員獨有的值得佩服的精神。這種把苦澀悲慘的事情講出笑來的樂觀，是我們這些普通人做不到的，而且更多的人喜歡刻奇，甚至刻意煽情賺廉價眼淚。好了打住，入重點。

我是用kindle看的，一邊看一邊聽，聽完了也就看完了。感覺酣暢淋漓，還想再看，果然這種偏敘述的書好讀很多。第一章的開頭和結尾是比較偏嚴肅的段落，在歷史和事實方面介紹南非的種族隔離。在黑人執(zhí)政后，黑人兩派卻起了暴力斗爭。

還有媽媽叫他買東西，結果他打游戲玩掉了，他媽媽和他像貓和老鼠一樣追，還叫他賊，這有個小細節(jié)，那時的高壓環(huán)境下人們都謹慎唯恐多管閑事involved in other people’s business—unless it’s mob justice, and then everybody wants in.但是捉賊卻人人都積極參與。
還有與媽媽數(shù)次討論是上帝的意思讓我們?nèi)ゲ蝗ソ烫媚嵌危龐寢尯芄虉?zhí)，堅信上帝?！癆h, that’s the Devil talking, Trevor.? ?他幽默的朗讀和寫作讓我忍不住捧腹大笑。
最后悲傷的是Trevor媽媽的二手車頻繁故障，媽媽卻堅持去教堂，最后只能坐巴士，遇險被他媽媽推下小巴。還好最后脫險。
