Tom and I traveled to Paris last month. I wanted to go to Paris to shop because there are many vintage clothing boutiques and giant department stores. Tom wanted to go to museums. I can see art in books, but I can only shop in Paris when I am there! We even fought over the food. I wanted to go to trendy restaurants, but Tom took me to supermarkets! We cooked our own food. We never went to even one fancy restaurant. I really hope I can go back to Paris again, but next time ALONE!

It sounds like you had a terrible time, but I have some good news. Can you take a vacation from work? I'm going to Tokyo for a short trip, and I'd love for you to come with me. Tokyo has lots of little trendy neighbourhoods with cute little boutiques and also lots of big fancy department stores like in Paris. What do you think? I know the best Japanese restaurants! I also want you to meet my friends who work there. I want you to come with me. I had so much fun when we traveled around Italy.
