Many people live amidst the deceptions of false thoughts, but they are often totally unaware of this. They always think that the way they think about things is the reality of the facts, and so they use this so-called reality to put pressure on themselves, and seek afflictions for themselves. This is why the ancients said that there is basically nothing in the world, but people worry about troubles they imagine for themselves. Why do people always worry about? troubles they imagine for themselves? It is because most people accept the false as true, and do not understand the true characteristic of the world.（page 130）
Human life is like this. You must not regret the past, and you must not be anxious about the future. All you can do is take hold of the present moment properly, and try your best to do those things you must do,and bring something beneficial to this world. As? for the rest of it, just let it go. If you act this way, then you will spontaneously live this kind of poetic sense.（page 135）
