音標：/e/ 舌近硬腭，舌尖頂下齒，牙床半開半合，作微笑狀。是字母e或ea在單詞中的發(fā)音。硬腭，查了一下百度百科，大概在上牙床的里面一點。

練習感悟：最近經(jīng)常擔心是否有一天無法讀一遍課文，想了蠻多方法的，比如提前一天讀熟一篇，然后留著備用，但是想想還是算了，真有哪一天需要做很多事，那么就提前一個小時起床，把這個任務(wù)給完成了。
