Background

You would need to turn on the IDOC message monitor in SAP PO system.

Steps

The Persistence property in the JavaIdocAdapter Resource adapter has to be set to true.

• Go to Netweaver Administrator -> Infrastructure -> Application Resources.
• Click on Show and select Resource Adapters.
• In the Resource List table select JavaIdocAdapter
• In the Resource Details table, select Properties
• Set Persistence to true and save
