I've always been curious how great companies were built, and what mindsets the founders had during the rocky beginnings as well as ups and downs.

NPR has an excellent podcast on this topic: How I Built This. It feature interviews with founders of companies like Instagram and Southwest Airlines.

I've only listened a few so far, but was amazed by their positive and can-do attitudes, as well as the incredible energy to try different routes to get things done.
