說明: 在出工程圖期間需要將一些沒必要的信息進行隱藏
1.1 將基準坐標系隱藏的方法:在(UG8中)裝配文檔中,點擊部件導航器--模型歷史記錄--選擇"基準坐標系"--右鍵--隱藏(在UG12中,去掉前面的勾選即可)

6.工程圖尺寸覆蓋指定數(shù)據(jù)

6.1 在尺寸上添加直徑符號的方法:
  選中所要標注的尺寸--右鍵(設置)--選中text--format--勾選"override dimension text"--點擊"A"圖標--插入直徑符號,具體效果如下圖所示

6.2 在指定尺寸上輸入目標數(shù)據(jù):選擇要修改的尺寸--右鍵--setting--text(參數(shù)選項: format)--勾選"override dimension text",然后輸入想要的尺寸(如:49.30-0.05),效果如下圖所示

7.工程圖尺寸添加前后備注信息

7.在尺寸上添加附本信息和顯示設置,方法如下圖所示:
7-1:選中所要添加的尺寸--右鍵--設置:添加公差,樣式設置
7-2:(前面添加附本信息)右鍵--"edit appented txet"--輸入文本內容和符號,如:

7-3:(在后面添加附本信息)如:
<&70><+>SPC<+><&90><&70><+>CPK<+><&90>  
效果如下圖所示

7-4:添加尺寸前面附本信息和指定數(shù)據(jù):
1) 添加信息:

Gap with lip: 0.3+/-0.1

2) 指定數(shù)據(jù): 0-0.15
3) 最終數(shù)據(jù)效果如下圖所示

8 添加剖面視圖

8.1 對基本視圖添加剖面視圖:選擇基本視圖--右鍵--add section view--指定兩點,確定剖面視圖位置--確定

8.2 對基本視圖自定義剖面視圖步驟如下:
1.先在基本視圖上定義剖面線
方法:點基本視圖--右鍵--add section line,彈出草繪剖面線窗口,完成好剖面線之后--確定.
2.添加自定義剖面視圖(對像是:基本視圖)
方法:點工具欄上的"截面視圖(section view)"工具圖標,定義類型(select existing)--選繪畫好的剖面線,指定位置--關閉

8.3 添加自定義剖面視圖(對象是:剖面視圖)
思路:指定需要視圖--草繪剖面線--新建剖面視圖
具體步驟如下:
1) 先指定視圖
2) 選工具欄上的創(chuàng)建剖面線工具圖標(section line),進入剖面繪制界面,完成剖面線之后--確定
3) 指定視圖 -- 選工具欄上的創(chuàng)建截面視圖工具(section view)--定義類型(select existing)--選繪畫好的剖面線,指定位置--關閉,最終效果如下圖所示

8.4 設置剖面視圖的剖面線:
方法:選擇指定的剖面線--右鍵--設置(參數(shù)--distance: 輸入值),效果如下圖所示

9 創(chuàng)建基準特征符號

創(chuàng)建基準特征符號方法:點工具欄上創(chuàng)建"基準特征符號"圖標工具,完成參數(shù)設定,效果如下圖所示
說明:
1.在創(chuàng)建基準特征符號時,先設置好文本容信息;
2.選中基準特征符號--右鍵--設置,可對特征符號文本進行字體大小進行設置

9.1對工程圖中的視圖添加中心線

方法:點工具欄上箭頭所指圖標(2D centerline)--彈出"2D Centerline"對話框,完成參數(shù)相關設定,效果如下圖所示

9.2 在工程圖中插入尺寸公差表格

在進入工程圖界面中,點擊導航器左側--custmos symbol library--salcomp symbols--Tolerance tables,點擊下方的"member select"

10.出爆炸工程圖

10.出爆炸圖工程圖的方法:
1.先新建打開組件的工程圖如A3圖框;
2.按"鍵盤m"--進入組件文檔界面,點菜單欄上的"組件"--新建爆炸圖(輸入名稱),然后對各個組件進行適當?shù)姆蛛x--確定;
3.將爆炸圖擺放到指定的視圖方位,然后點導航器左側,視圖模型--添加視圖,輸入新的名字,按ctrl+s保存;
4.點菜單欄上的(application)--drawing,回到工程圖界面;
5.插入"基本視圖"--選要出爆炸圖的組件,選擇自定義好的模型視圖,確定;
6.圖示說明效果如下.

11. 1出爆炸工程圖BOM清單

1) 給爆炸工程圖的各個零件添加備注信息(如箭頭+數(shù)字)的方法:
   在工具欄上點"創(chuàng)建氣球"工具圖標,指定一定點,輸入文本內容,確定-確定,(按中鍵確定兩次),最后鼠標右鍵確定標注信息放置的位置,效果如下圖所示

2) 對各個部件添加"直線+數(shù)字"
   需求:添加直線和自定義數(shù)字尺寸規(guī)格以及定義園圈大小
說明:
1.添加直線的方法: ( 將箭頭類型設置為: 無 )seting--arrowhaed--type(-none)

3.自定義圓圈大小: 右鍵--編輯--settings--size(輸入字體大小: )

11.2工程圖插入表格

11-2.在UG工程圖中插入指定的表格方法: 在工具欄上點"創(chuàng)建-tabular note"圖標--在彈開界面中定義表格多行多列及寬度--指定表格位置--確定
@說明:
1.插入行或列:對表格可進行長/寬進行縮放,同時將鼠標放置首格左上方直至為紅色時,可右鍵--插入新的一行(insert--rows above/below);
2.插入文字:選中某一表格--右鍵(edit cell)--輸入指定的文本內容,可使用鍵盤的tab鍵可對表格來回切換,效果如下圖所示
3.合并單元格:選擇要合并的多處單元格--右鍵--"merge cells"

第一步: 進入制圖模塊

前提: 模型已經(jīng)建好,直接出圖
方法: 有兩種
方法一: 文件--新建--圖紙--單位(mm)--A4-裝配無視圖--(名稱/文件夾)--確定,彈出"視圖創(chuàng)建向導"對話窗口,可設置在此窗口界面里的參數(shù)進行修改以達到想要出的視圖效果--最終確定.----(此方法常用)
方法二: 開始—制圖,或者直接按 Ctrl+Shift+D就進入到制圖模塊--進入制圖模塊界面

第二步: 選圖紙

1)新建圖紙
2)選擇圖紙大小,A4-A0根據(jù)需要,以選擇A4為例--(使用模板--A4 - 裝配-無視圖)
3)視角一般采用第三視角
4)點擊"應用"

第三步: 添加視圖

1)添加零件基本視圖:
點擊視圖創(chuàng)建向導-"基本視圖" 圖標,將零件視圖放入到合適的圖框中,按中鍵確定
2)添加投影視圖:
將鼠標放置于零件視圖中出現(xiàn)"紅框"-右鍵,選中想要添加的投影視圖放置于合適的位置按中鍵確定
或者:點擊視圖創(chuàng)建向導-"投影視圖" 圖標,將零件投影視圖放入到合適的位置,按中鍵確定
3)刪除視圖:
將鼠標左鍵選中要刪除的視圖,出現(xiàn)"紅框"-按"delete"鍵進行刪除
4)徹消刪除: 按ctrl+z  退出當前命令: 按Esc
5)剖面視圖:
6)視圖樣式: 
選擇"基本視圖"-右鍵-樣式: 在彈出對話框中,可修改多個參數(shù):如視圖比例

第四步: 尺寸標準

1.在工程圖進行尺寸標準前,可修改標注樣式,方法如下:
  點菜單欄上的"首選項"--制圖--彈出"制圖首選項"窗口,可對標注進行修改參數(shù)適合自己的風格
2.在菜單欄中選擇"插入"-尺寸-自動判斷,可對視圖上想要的尺寸進行標注,按中鍵確定

第五步: 導入圖框

#說明:圖框根據(jù)自己需要自己畫好并放到自己能找得到的文件夾中
方法:
文件 — 導入 — 部件 — 確定 — 找到自己的圖框 — 確定

第六步: 工程圖更新

#如果以后零件的模型改了,怎么修改工程圖,只需要更新一下就ok.
方法: 工程圖界面選擇"更新圖標"--"選擇視圖"--全選-(應用-確定)
說明: 檢查尺寸,有些可能會變虛線,雙擊重選一下就OK了.

第七步: 出三維視圖

說明: 為了清楚的表達工程圖的意圖,是需要在出后三視圖后,增加一個等軸測圖,或者用定向工具隨意擺放一個能觀察到圖紙細節(jié)的軸測圖.

第十步: UG出爆炸圖

-->1 UG"裝配出爆炸圖"的方法: 打開你想要制作爆炸圖的圖檔,進入"裝配"界面,點擊“裝配”命令欄中的"爆炸圖"
-->2 在點擊“新建爆炸”進入“創(chuàng)建爆炸圖”提示欄,開始創(chuàng)建爆炸名稱
--> 選中需要移動的組件: 編輯爆炸圖--選擇對象
-->4 點擊編輯爆炸視圖中的移動對象
-->5 用鼠標拖動組件移動到合適的位置,點擊編輯爆炸圖對話框的確定按鈕
-->6 當把所有的組件拖動到合理的位置以后,點擊保存即可
-->7 將折分好的爆炸圖定向到一個想要的三維視角并在出爆炸工程圖時可調用,方法:選擇視圖--操作--另存為--輸入一個新的"模型視圖"名稱
-->8 如何將爆炸圖檔恢復最初的模樣: 點"工作視圖爆炸"--里的無/爆炸圖的名稱--來回切換

-->9 UG出"爆炸工程圖"的方法:
-->9.1 在建模環(huán)境下,把爆炸圖打開;
-->9.2 然后選擇"開始-制圖"制圖里面,添加基本視圖,在選擇視圖模型的時候,就是那個下拉箭頭那里,選擇你命名好的"模型視圖名稱"

第十一步: 工程圖轉2D

A)先轉成CGM(多義線圖)
   A-1. 文件-導出-CGM
   A-2. 選定要旋轉的文件夾
   A-3. 這兒一定要選"多義線"
   A-4. 點擊 "應用-確定"

B)再把CGM導出圖: 選文件 — 導入 — CGM — 剛才導出的圖 — 確定

C)最后導出CAD圖
   C-1.然后再把它導出去,這樣導出的CAD圖紙很全,不會丟失文件的
   C-2.在CAD中先對線型進行設置(線寬: 0.0mm),修改一下標注樣式
   C-3.進行尺寸標注和文本說明
   C-4.打印出圖

第十二步: 工程圖導出PDF文檔

方法: file--export--PDF

補充說明

A-1:
Assembly step:
1. Rivet contact springs to the right position of B cover by riveted jig.
2. Assemble PSIP into PWBA assembly.
3. Insert PWBA assembly into A cover through guiding slot.
4. Assemble B cover to A cover assembly and then weld by USW machine.

Requirement of Riveting:
1.No deformation allowed on contact spring and no damage
at the surface of B-cover after Riveting
2.The result of riveting must be symmetrical and fracture free ,
measured by visual test
3.Contact spring must not loose from cover

Technical requirement:
1.Visual inspection under standard condition.
2.Dimensions with <!SYM=Slot_1> are IA dimensions which should 
be measured and meet the spec during initial approval.
Dimensions with <!SYM=Slot_1> &* are MA dimensions which should be measured and meet the spec all the time.
3.All dimensions must be measured and noted in measure report.
4.The gap between A/B cover  must be even.
5.Rip off force more than 700N after USW.

3. Corner configuration must withstand 3 cycles bending test according to GWI 2-8 A5.
4. This part requires 24 hours salt mist test in accordance with IEC 68-2-52.

2 .After removal the PE film from product, no adhesive remains.
3. Glue strenth:Standard:TEST regulation/KSA1107-97 Condition:82G/8KG/more than 25mm.
4. All dimensions must be measured and noted in measure report.
5. Material must fulfill GWI 4-11 Salcomp Hazardous Substances Management Standard latest version.
6. Dimensions with <!SYM=Slot_1> are IA Dimensions which should be measured and meet the spec during initial approval.
