10.05周六 咖啡不好睡，巴斯也不安全，拉伸每天花點時間，今天圖書館

昨天早上給自己沖了杯咖啡，帶到圖書館喝完，昨晚輾轉反側半醒半睡。我真是自high的體質，不需要咖啡。

一早收到辦理群里nick發(fā)來的消息，嚇醒了。

Hello friends, please be careful when going out.

Close friend of mine went out tonight with some friends here in bath. Four local Bath guys age 17 to 19 started to follow them.

The group was looking for a fight because one of them pulled out a glass bottle from a bag and began to beat one of the international students with it.

The student has been taken to the hospital and is said to be able to keep his vision despite the shards of glass in his eye.

The police are currently in the process of apprehending them.

Never felt so unsafe until now.

Please be cautious and don’t let your guard down despite what the university says that Bath is a “safe” city.

我住的社區(qū)民風淳樸，一般互相都會打招呼，morning 或者hi. 看來以后還是要保持警惕。還好我晚上都沒什么活動。

昨天被房東一頓激勵，原來她能保持這樣的身材不是沒原因，每天早上起來拉伸20分鐘，保持健康的身體就像是存錢，不要覺得早上鍛煉30分鐘是浪費時間，要當做是吃飯一樣自然的事情（別的地方浪費的時間不是更多嗎？）

不想老了吃很多藥片，現(xiàn)在就開始。

早上起來做了keep的晨間喚醒。吃完飯，到圖書館結果周末得40點才開門。打算明天跑步了再去圖書館。每天為自己的健康投資30分鐘。

一到圖書館，先把給客戶的合同搞好。就開始學習啦。

Tristan? 教授的課我都非常喜歡，開拓了我的眼界。老師上課更多是打開門打開窗，更多需要自己廣泛深入地閱讀。

現(xiàn)在閱讀和雅思很不同，雅思我用技巧，不認識單詞，根據(jù)前后詞性和結構都能做對，現(xiàn)在的閱讀是獲取正確的信息。囫圇吞棗不行。

prereading里有個卡塔爾的教育宣傳片，下午我在圖書館看，看得眼淚出來了。

希望這一年研究生學習，我像一個杯子，裝滿小石頭沙子水再加上鹽。把自己感興趣的好好學。
