Individualism versus Collectivism is one of the six dimensions of the Hofstede's Cultural Dimension Theory. Typically, Americans are individualistic people who give a great priority to self-interest and so does the American dream. It appears that American dream is about maximize personal freedom and self-improvement.It is a belief that people can live a successful life through hard work in America.

China dream can only be realized by the cohesion of people's strength and the awareness of united.People will gain happiness through a harmony society and country.
