本人外企工作5年經(jīng)驗,因為在法企,對英語郵件的要求不是很高(法式浪漫主義英語你懂得)。外加內(nèi)部溝通偏多,英語郵件技巧沒有提升很快。現(xiàn)在進入一家英國外資企業(yè),郵件水平一下子暴露,郵件質(zhì)量很渣,經(jīng)常被叫去辦公室被老板指點江山。所以,痛定思痛,花了挺長一段時間思考,并苦苦搜羅了下身邊同事和客戶的優(yōu)質(zhì)郵件,從中找點好的例句和思路。

整理了如下150句非常實用的英文郵件例句,幫助你快速搭建一個郵件的結(jié)構(gòu)。有些句子甚至可以直接“拿來主義”。讓你的郵件編輯效率起飛,目標是讓老板對你的郵件無話可說?。。?/p>

第一章:思路篇:精,禮,準,行,謝 英語郵件的五字方針

在開始正式內(nèi)容之前,還是希望幫大家領(lǐng)一下撰寫英語郵件的要領(lǐng):

一封好的英語郵件我認為有5個重要標準:

1.精:

措辭言簡意賅,篇幅精簡,因為郵件的目的方便別人閱讀和理解。(LESS IS MORE)

2.禮:

已經(jīng)要講禮節(jié),講禮節(jié),講禮節(jié)!重要的事情講3遍。外國人非常講究禮貌,這代表一個人的素養(yǎng),尤其在素未謀面的情況下。禮貌的態(tài)度就是你最好得名片。

3.準:

表達的信息,觀點要準確。每每都要擊中要害,就如同一顆顆出膛的子彈。(bullet point)抓重點,不要泛泛而談。因為人家沒時間看你的“文章”。

一般重要信息有,【重要決定】,【會議紀要】,【建議&方案】等

一般選取三點比較好,提煉關(guān)鍵點。1,2,3,我只說三點

4.行:

表示郵件最后要給到下一步的行動計劃,因為光有一個結(jié)論沒有action plan等于沒有推動項目的進行。所以給到郵件相關(guān)同事,客戶一個清晰的行動計劃,最好用表格的形式呈現(xiàn)為上策。

5.謝:

在郵件最后,表達感謝。希望別人的回復(fù),感謝他人的配合與協(xié)作。帶著滿滿都誠意與他人溝通,合作就會變得順暢。讓別人不僅僅知道你的目的,更重要的是你的心意。
